浙建智造公司作为浙江省首家建筑机器人专业化公司，自成立之初就肩负着“以机器人重塑建造方式”的使命。我们整合研发、制造、施工全链条资源，打造了“技术攻关—产品开发—场景落地—运维服务”一体化能力体系。公司成立3个月，我们已经在蚂蚁金服项目、中国建行浙江省分行项目、全民共享活动中心项目等多个省市级重点重大项目等重点项目中实现规模化应用，应用场景包括建筑地坪浇筑、主体结构混凝土浇筑、粉刷施工作业、室内涂料施工、环氧地坪漆及金刚砂地坪施工等多个关键步骤。

As Zhejiang’s first specialized construction robotics company, Zhejiang ConstructionInvestmentIntelligentConstructionEngineeringhas beencommitted to“transformingconstructionthroughrobotics”sinceourestablishment. Wehaveintegratedresources acrossthe entire value chain, fromR&Dandmanufacturingtoconstruction,establishinga comprehensivecapability systemthat spanstechnologicalinnovation,product development, real-world implementation andoperationalmaintenance.Withinjustthree months ofestablishment, the company hasalreadyachieved large-scaledeploymentinmultiple major provincial andmunicipalprojects, including the Ant Groupheadquarters, the China Construction Bank Zhejiang Branchbuilding, and the PublicSharedActivity Center.These applications cover criticalconstruction stagessuch as floor pouring, main structural concretecasting, plasteringoperations, interiorcoating, epoxy flooring, and diamondgrindflooring.

智能建造的本质，是以数据驱动设计、生产、施工与运维的全流程协同。这正是数字贸易在建筑领域的生动实践。我们通过BIM技术、无人机测绘、机器人协同作业等数字化工具，不仅提升了工程效率与质量，更推动了建筑产品与服务走向标准化、国际化。截止目前，我们的业务已在杭州市、宁波市等省内10个地市合计64个项目中覆盖实施。

Intelligentconstructionisdefined bydata-driven collaboration across the entire processfromdesignandproductiontoconstructionand operational maintenance. Thisrepresents a concrete exampleof digital trade in the constructionindustry. Byadoptingdigital tools such as BIM technology, drone surveying, and robotic collaboration, we have not onlyimprovedproject efficiency and quality buthavealsoadvancedthe standardization andglobal reachof construction products and services.As of now, oursolutions havebeendeployedin 64 projects across 10 cities in Zhejiang Province, including Hangzhou and Ningbo.

独行快，众行远。我们联合浙江大学共建“未来建造中心”，设立2亿元新兴产业基金，打造“浙建科创园”孵化平台，推动建筑机器人、新型建材等关键技术突破。同时，通过“浙建采”供应链平台，我们为上下游企业提供数字化招采、供应链金融等服务，构建开放共赢的智能建造产业生态。

If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.In collaboration withZhejiang University, we haveco-establishedthe“Future Construction Center,”launcheda RMB 200 million emerging industry fund, anddevelopedthe“Zhejiang ConstructionTechnologyPark”as an incubation platform toadvancebreakthroughs in key technologies such as construction robotics and new building materials. Meanwhile, throughour“Zhejiang ConstructionProcurement”supply chain platform, weofferdigital procurementas well assupply chain finance solutionsto upstream and downstream enterprises,fosteringan open andmutually beneficial ecosystemfor smart construction.
