It is a great pleasure to join the "Guest Talk" of the 4th Global Digital Trade Expo and share with you our exploration and practices in intelligent construction.

Today, amid multiple challenges such as the diminishing demographic dividend and the implementation of the "Dual Carbon" goals, the construction industry, as a representative of traditional sectors, stands at a critical crossroads of digital transformation. As a leading enterprise in Zhejiang's construction industry , Zhejiang Construction Investment Group fully recognizes that smart construction is not an option; it is an imperative for the company's survival and growth. Therefore, aligning with the overarching goal of "modernization of the construction industry", we have positioned smart construction as the top priority among the "five new strategic pathways" for transformation and upgrading. This effort is driving our evolution from a traditional construction contractor to an "integrated construction resource provider, a comprehensive urban services operator, and an enhancer of quality living". We firmly believe that smart construction represents not only a technological upgrade but also a new engine empowering the construction industry to compete and thrive inthe global market.

As Zhejiang's first specialized construction robotics company, Zhejiang Construction Investment Intelligent Construction Engineering has been committed to "transforming construction through robotics" since our establishment. We have integrated resources across the entire value chain, from R&D and manufacturing to construction, establishing a comprehensive capability system that spans technological innovation, product development, real-world implementation and operational maintenance. Within just three months of establishment, the company has already achieved large-scale deployment in multiple major provincial and municipal projects, including the Ant Group headquarters, the China Construction Bank Zhejiang Branch building, and the Public Shared Activity Center. These applications cover critical construction stages such as floor pouring, main structural concrete casting, plastering operations, interior coating, epoxy flooring, and diamond grind flooring.

Intelligent construction is defined by data-driven collaboration across the entire process from design and production to construction and operational maintenance. This represents a  concrete example of digital trade in the construction industry. By adopting digital tools such as BIM technology, drone surveying, and robotic collaboration, we have not only improved project efficiency and quality but have also advanced the standardization and global reach of construction products and services. As of now, our solutions have been deployed in 64 projects across 10 cities in Zhejiang Province, including Hangzhou and Ningbo.

If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. In collaboration with Zhejiang University, we have co-established the "Future Construction Center," launched a RMB 200 million emerging industry fund, and developed the "Zhejiang Construction Technology Park" as an incubation platform to advance breakthroughs in key technologies such as construction robotics and new building materials. Meanwhile, through our "Zhejiang Construction Procurement" supply chain platform, we offer digital procurement as well as supply chain finance solutions to upstream and downstream enterprises, fostering an open and mutually beneficial ecosystem for smart construction.

Looking ahead, we will continue to deepen our efforts in smart construction, advance the implementation of fully integrated robotic collaboration through the construction process, and contribute to Hangzhou's vision of becoming a "National Smart Construction Demonstration City". Our goal is to bring the innovations of Chinese smart construction to the global stage through digital trade.
