Welcome to register for the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo ("this event"). Please read the registration guidelines and privacy policy carefully before filling out and submitting your registration information. Before you submit your registration information, you need to click to select "Agree and accept the Registration Guidelines and Privacy Policy."
Registration Guidelines:
I. Filling Out and Submitting Registration Information
1.When filling out your registration information, you should ensure that the content you provide is legal, authentic, and accurate, and that you have obtained the necessary authorizations required by applicable laws and regulations. If your registration information is not true, accurate, complete, or lacks necessary authorization, you will be responsible for the corresponding liabilities and consequences arising from this.
2.We will collect and process your registration information in accordance with the Privacy Policy attached to these Registration Guidelines. Please read the contents of the Privacy Policy carefully before submitting your registration information. If you do not agree with these Registration Guidelines or the contents of the attached Privacy Policy, please do not click any agree buttons, do not submit your registration information to us, and exit this page.
3.By submitting your registration information to us, you will be deemed to have confirmed that you have the appropriate legal capacity and ability to act to register and participate in our event, and are willing to independently assume legal responsibility for this.
4.After you have completed and submitted your registration information, we may send and inform you of the results of the registration review via email, SMS, phone, etc. You agree to accept our use of your email address and phone number in the aforementioned manner, and such notifications are deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of sending.
II. Participating in the Event
1.When participating in this event, you need to comply with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and the on-site management of the event venue, including but not limited to cooperating with and accepting security checks by the venue operator (such as identity verification), complying with epidemic prevention management measures, and maintaining on-site order.
2.You should properly keep the registration confirmation information or other relevant participation/exhibition credentials we provide to you. If the use of these credentials by others is due to your improper custody , you should bear the corresponding adverse consequences yourself.
3.Under any of the following circumstances, we have the right to interrupt or terminate your right to participate in this event at any time without bearing any responsibility to you or any third party:
1)The registration information you submitted is not true;
2)You violate the on-site management requirements of this event; or
3)You engage in activities that violate applicable laws and regulations or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties while participating in this event.
Privacy Policy:
This event is organized, operated, and managed by the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to as "we"). When you access event information, submit registration information, and participate in the event (hereinafter referred to as "using this service"), we will collect, use, and share your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy").
This Policy contains the terms regarding our collection, storage, use, sharing, and protection of your personal information. We hope to introduce to you the ways in which we handle your personal information through this Policy, so we recommend that you read this Policy in its entirety to help you understand how to protect your personal information. If you have any questions about this Policy, you can contact us. If you do not agree with any content of this Policy, you should stop filling out or submitting your registration information and stop using this service. When you click "Agree and accept the Registration Guidelines and Privacy Policy" and submit your registration information, it means that you have agreed to allow us to collect and process your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
I. How Information Is Collected
To accept your registration application and provide you with services to participate in this event, we and our authorized technical partners will collect the following information you submit during registration in the following ways:
1.Collect your name, employer name, position, email address - to confirm your identity and determine whether to accept your registration.
2.Collect your headshot photo to create credentials or other certificates for your participation in this event - to create event credentials for you.
3.Collect your name, ID number (ID card or passport), date of birth, gender, headshot photo, and facial image collected on-site - for the purposes of real-name authentication and on-site verification, check-in management, etc., for the security management of this event.
4.Collect your name, mobile phone number, work phone number, fax number, mailing address, your business card - to contact you.
5.Collect information about your travel and accommodation, including: the mode of transportation you choose, flight number or train number, departure and arrival times; hotel name, room type, check-in and check-out times; the name, mobile phone number, email address, travel information of your travel companions, etc. - to provide you with services related to participation and exhibition, including transportation, accommodation reservation, etc.
6.Collect your social account information, including: WeChat number, WeChat nickname, QQ number, Weibo name - to contact and interact with you on social networks.
7.Collect your temperature information and related epidemic prevention health information - to fulfill public health and epidemic prevention management obligations.
8.When you pay registration fees, exhibition fees, etc., we will collect your payment vouchers through WeChat Pay, Alipay, or other third-party payment institutions - to confirm the payment of related fees such as event fees, registration fees, exhibition fees, etc.
In particular, in response to mandatory requirements from specific event venue operators, national security agencies, public security agencies, or for the implementation of public safety, public health prevention and control, and other laws, regulations, and policies, we may collect the following types of sensitive personal information from you at the time of registration or when entering the conference or exhibition venue:
1)Your portrait photo;
2)Your facial information;
3)Your health and epidemic prevention information;
4)Your temperature information or other biometric information.
Your sensitive personal information will be used for the following purposes:
1)To ensure public safety at relevant conferences and exhibitions, real-name verification of participants will be conducted through facial verification;>
2)To confirm the health status of participants, whether there is a risk of infectious disease infection, and to fulfill epidemic prevention record obligations, temperature checks and health and epidemic prevention information verification will be conducted.
Your sensitive information may be shared with venue operators, third parties providing security inspection services, relevant government agencies, etc., according to the different requirements of relevant institutions. We (or through our relevant partners) will seek your explicit consent when collecting and sharing your sensitive personal information. If you refuse such collection and sharing, you may not be able to complete event registration, on-site check-in, facial verification, and entry into the corresponding venue to participate in the event.
II. How Information Is Used
We use the collected information to provide you with services for this event and to improve the quality of our services. For this purpose, we will use your information for the following purposes:
1.Providing services and personalized experiences. We use your registration information to provide you with services for this event, including identifying your identity, verifying your information, and providing you with personalized additional services based on your choices, such as arranging conference accommodations, providing transportation services, etc.
2.Communication and interaction. We will use your contact information to communicate with you via email, SMS, WeChat mini-program messages, phone calls, etc., including confirming your registration, reminding you to pay fees, responding to your comments, questions, and needs, providing customer support, and sending updates, notifications, warnings, etc.
3.To maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo or for relevant statistical, analytical, and verification work.
4.In accordance with relevant legal and regulatory provisions, to maintain public interest and safety.
5.Other purposes explicitly permitted by you.
III. How Information Is Shared
We are committed to keeping your information confidential and will not sell or provide your information to third parties for their marketing or illegal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any third party except in the following cases:
1.Prior consent or authorization has been obtained from you.
2.In accordance with legal provisions or requirements from administrative or judicial institutions.
3.To provide you with services, we may provide your personal information to trusted partners (including but not limited to technical partners, media partners, application developers, advertising partners), who will process this information for us in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and any other corresponding confidentiality and security measures.
3.1 Sharing
To facilitate contact and communication between Digital Trade Expo exhibitors or buyers, the personal information you fill out and submit on the Digital Trade Expo website (but not including ID numbers, passport numbers, facial information) will be shared among Digital Trade Expo exhibitors or buyers (such as between buyers and exhibitors, and between exhibitors and buyers). You confirm and explicitly agree that we can share your information with specific entities in the aforementioned manner. We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure the security of your information.
In addition, we will share your personal information with third parties in the following situations:
3.1.1 With your consent, we will share your personal information with third parties other than Digital Trade Expo exhibitors and buyers;
3.1.2 We may share your personal information with third parties in accordance with legal provisions, litigation dispute resolution needs, or mandatory requirements from administrative or judicial authorities;
3.1.3 We will share your personal information with our affiliated parties. We will only share necessary personal information and be bound by the purposes stated in this Policy. If our affiliated parties change the use and processing purposes of personal information beyond the scope of this Policy, we will seek your consent again;
3.1.4 We may share your personal information with the operators of the Digital Trade Expo and authorized partners (such as third-party payment platforms, third-party online live streaming platforms, third-party technical platforms, etc.) to ensure the smooth supply and completion of our products and/or services. However, we will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and only the personal information necessary to provide our products and/or services. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purposes.
For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
4.Despite the above provisions, we may share your information with third parties after anonymization or de-identification processing (and ensuring that it cannot be re-identified by the third party). In particular, we will operate the registration system for this event through our technical partners and provide you with relevant information technology services for registration and participation in this event.
IV. How Information Is Stored
1.Location of information storage. We will store user information collected in accordance with legal provisions within China.
2.Duration of information storage. Generally, we will retain your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of providing you with services. When our services cease to operate, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
V. Information Protection Measures
1.To ensure the security of your information, we will strive to take reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect your information and prevent its leakage, damage, or loss, including but not limited to SSL encryption, encrypted storage of information, access control for data centers, etc. Access to your personal information is limited only to personnel who need to process your personal information to fulfill work tasks or conduct technical maintenance in accordance with this Policy.
2.The information we collect is stored in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public. To prevent unauthorized access, we store it on servers protected by firewalls and possibly encrypted. However, no system is absolutely secure, and please understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network. Even though we have made great efforts, we may not be able to completely prevent illegal access to your personal information. If we discover any such illegal access, we will take remedial measures in accordance with applicable legal provisions and notify you promptly.
3.We are not responsible for any user registration information leakage due to your disclosure of user account and password to others, sharing of registered accounts with others, or theft or tampering of your user account and password.
VI. Your Rights
1. Access to Your Personal Information
Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, you have the right to log in to your account at any time and access your personal information independently.
You may also contact us to exercise this right.
2. Correct Your Personal Information
When you find that the personal information we process is incorrect, you have the right to request us to make corrections. You can log in to your account and modify your personal information.

3. Delete Your Personal Information
Under the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:
1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations.
2) If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent.
3) If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you.
4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have deleted your account.
5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us, requesting them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information in the backup system, but will delete such information when the backup is updated.
4. Delete Your Account
You can log in to your account and delete it. The specific operation is to click the delete button on the personal information details page, read and agree to the delete prompt content, and then delete the account.
We kindly remind you that after deleting your account, your account and rights will be lost and cannot be restored, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information related to the account. Deleting your account will cause you a lot of inconvenience, so please back up all the information related to the account and keep the order information and transaction vouchers before the operation.
5. Respond to Your Above Request
To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.
For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. For those requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, the need to develop a new system or fundamentally change current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes), we may refuse.
Under the following circumstances, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will be unable to respond to your request:
1) Directly related to national security and national defense security.
2) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests.
3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.
4) There is sufficient evidence to indicate that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights.
5) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to your or other individuals' or organizations' legitimate rights and interests.
6) Involving trade secrets.
VII. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change this policy from time to time. When the terms of this policy change, we will show you the changed policy through push notifications, pop-ups, etc. when you log in or update the version. Please note that only after you click the agree button, we will collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the updated policy. We encourage you to understand this policy when using the service and to keep abreast of our information to help you better protect your privacy.
If you disagree with any changes to this policy, you need to stop using our services and stop providing us with any of your information.
