To accelerate the development of digital trade and trade in services, Hangzhou has launched a new special support fund policy associated to the entire chain of enterprise development, with a maximum single support of 1 million yuan.

The policy focuses on five fields to empower the development of enterprises: establishing the enterprise gradient cultivation database with the maximum support of 1 million yuan; supporting the exploration of new models and business forms in free trade areas; encouraging enterprises to explore foreign markets, and giving subsidies in overseas exhibition and promotion; conducting risk prevention by subsidizing the premiums for export credit insurance; giving funds to the establishment of relevant majors in universities, and the joint talent cultivation by universities and enterprises.
