A signing ceremony for important projects took place at the third Global Digital Trade Expo in Hangzhou on Sept 25. The event marked a key milestone, with agreements for 36 projects signed, including 28 domestic and eight foreign investments, totaling over 102.48 billion yuan ($14.6 billion).
The confirmed projects emphasize high-quality investment, with 23 projects exceeding 2 billion yuan and seven projects surpassing 5 billion yuan. Notably, 24 of the projects involve high-end manufacturing, highlighting Zhejiang province's success in attracting large amounts of investment.
The expo also focused on developing the "415X" industrial cluster, securing eight headquarters projects in the digital economy sector. Among the agreements, 13 involve Fortune 500 companies and include investments from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia, showcasing diverse collaboration opportunities.
This signing ceremony not only demonstrates Zhejiang's appeal and growth potential in the digital economy but also injects new energy and momentum into the global digital trade landscape.
