The second Global Digital Trade Expo held a signing ceremony for agreements on major projects in Zhejiang province on Nov 23.

A total of 32 agreements were signed onsite, with a total contract amount of 155.85 billion yuan ($21.82 billion). Among them, there were 11 foreign investment projects, mainly from Germany, France, Japan, Hungary, Singapore, Hong Kong and China, receiving an investment of $1.7 billion and accounting for 39.3 percent of the number of investment projects signed. 

Agreements on four Jiaxing projects were also signed at the expo, marking new breakthroughs for Jiaxing in key fields such as artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing.

The four projects were a cloud digital economy headquarters project, a Keeway electric motorcycle project, an artificial intelligence computing power service project, and a project involving a digital industrial base for high-end precision tube intelligent manufacturing.

Jiaxing leveraged the Global Digital Trade Expo to explore new markets, seek new cooperation, and find new opportunities in global digital trade, boosting the high-quality development of its digital economy.
