Hangzhou is set to hold the "2023 CAREC Innovation Week & Digital Economy Tour" Series Activity on November 22-24, attracting nearly 60 representatives from governments, universities, enterprises, incubation platforms and venture capital institutions in nine countries, including Azerbaijan, Georgia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

During the event, representatives of governments and enterprises in China and Central Asian countries explore opportunities for cooperation along the Land and Sea Silk Road. 

As the host city, Hangzhou draws extensive attention with its advantages in digital economy and a pool of talents. Several notable projects were initiated, including a memorandum of cooperation with Pakistan, a strategic cooperation with Ozone, and the establishment of "Global E-commerce Education Development Alliance" and "Central Asian Innovation Cooperation Center". These collaborative efforts inject new impetus and present prospects for mutual benefit and win-win situation.

The talent is also the focus of the event. Representatives from China and Central Asian countries put forward expressed their aspirations and outlined cooperative plans to jointly cultivate international innovation & entrepreneurship and cross-border e-commerce talents.
